About the Role

We are seeking proactive and empathetic individuals to provide essential support to clients in our residential care settings. This role involves promoting independence and well-being through person-centred care practices.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Follow clear direction from management to ensure high-quality care is delivered at all times
  • Assist with food preparation and feeding, maintaining a safe and healthy environment for clients
  • Support clients with personal hygiene, showering, and toileting, respecting their dignity and autonomy
  • Provide assistance with mobility, ensuring clients' safety and comfort at all times
  • Offer companionship, friendship, and emotional support to clients, building strong relationships and trust
Requirements:
  • Certificate III in Aged, Community Care or equivalent qualification
  • NDIS Worker Screening clearance
  • Up-to-date COVID Vaccinations (3 doses)
  • Current First Aid Certificate
  • Police Clearance
  • Current driver's license and reliable vehicle for transportation
