Housekeeping Supervisor

We are seeking a highly motivated leader with excellent interpersonal skills to join our team as a Housekeeping Supervisor.

The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring guest satisfaction by overseeing the daily operations of the Housekeeping Department, including supervising and supporting the housekeeping team, conducting room inspections, training and mentoring team members, managing stock levels, collaborating with other departments, and upholding workplace health and safety standards.

About You:

  • Has previous experience in housekeeping leadership within hotels or resorts.
  • Demonstrates strong attention to detail and organisational skills.
  • Leads with a positive approach and inspires teamwork.
  • Thrives in a fast-paced environment with a customer-focused mindset.
  • Has full availability, including weekends and public holidays.
