About the Role:

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Companion Caregiver to join our team at Right At Home. As a Companion Caregiver, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and support to our clients, enabling them to live independently in their own homes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide companionship and social interaction to clients, engaging in activities such as conversation, games, and hobbies
  • Assist with daily living tasks, including meal preparation, light housekeeping, and personal care
  • Transport clients to appointments and activities, using a reliable vehicle
  • Monitor client well-being and report any concerns to the care team
  • Maintain accurate records of client interactions and care provided

Requirements:

  • Current National Police Check
  • Current First Aid & CPR certificate
  • NDIS Worker Screening Card or completed Blue/WWCC and Yellow Card
  • Reliable, well-maintained Registered Vehicle
  • Smart Phone
