We are seeking a skilled Senior Website Developer to join our team in Melbourne. This is a full-time opportunity for an experienced professional who can lead and manage a team of front-end developers.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Manage a team of front-end developers and collaborate with internal project managers to deliver projects on time and within budget.
  2. Perform regular audits to ensure all components meet the required AA WCAG compliance standards.
  3. Develop and maintain high-quality frontend code using agreed-upon pipelines.
  4. Integrate third-party systems into websites, ensuring seamless integration and user experience.
  5. Conform to documented processes and procedures, promoting efficiency and effectiveness.
  6. Work closely with other development team members in an agile process, fostering collaboration and innovation.
Personal Development
  1. Stay up-to-date with the latest web development trends and industry advancements, applying this knowledge to improve existing processes.
  2. Collaborate and share knowledge with other LT Network Developers, promoting cross-functional learning and growth.
  3. Attend specialized training workshops and courses to enhance skills and stay competitive in the market.
Requirements
  1. At least 3-5 years of experience in website development.
  2. Be an Australian citizen with the right to work in Australia.
  3. Excellent communication skills, as you will be working in teams.
  4. Pass a Police Check.
