  • Manage medication and assist with mobility and therapy goals to promote overall health and well-being.
  • Provide respite and emotional support to our customers and their families.
  • Transport customers to appointments and provide social support to promote independence and community engagement.

Requirements:

  • You must be a compassionate and empathetic individual with a passion for working with older adults.
  • You must have a current P1 class or above Australian Driver's License and a registered vehicle, as travel is an essential part of this role.
  • You must be able to work independently and think critically to solve problems and make decisions in a fast-paced environment.
  • You must be available to work at least 3 days per week, Monday to Friday, with no night or weekend work required.
