Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled CRM Solutions Architect to join our team. As a CRM Solutions Architect, you will be responsible for evaluating functional and technical requirements on high-impact and large complex projects that can span multiple software technologies.

You will design CRM solutions, including data models, configuration, customizations, integrations, and workflows. You will also act as a technical guide, being able to speak conceptually, document architecturally, and be comfortable doing hands-on coding as well.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Evaluate functional and technical requirements on high-impact and large complex projects that can span multiple software technologies
  • Design CRM solutions, including data models, configuration, customizations, integrations, and workflows
  • Act as a technical guide, being able to speak conceptually, document architecturally, and be comfortable doing hands-on coding as well
  • Design scalable solutions using a mixture of configuration and code to support business functions and product goals, knowing how to work in and around the limits of the platform
  • Communicate with product managers, cross-functional teams, information security, data privacy & compliance, and principal architects to ensure a cohesive technical strategy is designed and executed upon
  • Design and implement integrations between Salesforce and external systems, utilizing Salesforce APIs, middleware tools, and custom development. Identify integration patterns, recommend integration technologies, and ensure data integrity and security
  • Create and maintain technical documentation, including solution design documents, technical specifications, data models, and architectural diagrams. Ensure that all technical documentation is accurate, up-to-date, and easily understandable by technical and non-technical stakeholders
Requirements

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced CRM Solutions Architect who has:

  • Experience with CRM for Business Customers – relationship models
  • CRM experience and expertise in Salesforce financial service cloud and sales cloud
  • Strong knowledge of CRM application development, processes, and best practices
  • Experience with Salesforce integration patterns – Platform events, Streaming API, Change data capture
  • Experience with Salesforce APIs, Salesforce connectors, middleware solutions like Kafka
