About the RoleThe Executive Director will engage with primary care providers, health services, Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander community-controlled health organizations, Queensland Health, and other stakeholders to advance the mission and vision of Darling Downs & West Moreton PHN.
As a member of the Executive, you will contribute to the development and implementation of the PHN's strategic framework, performance accountability mechanisms, and organizational capability development to ensure the organization delivers on its strategic directives and meets the Department of Health objectives set for primary health care networks.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement strategies to advance primary care transformation and integration.
- Engage with stakeholders to build partnerships and collaborations.
- Contribute to the development of the PHN's strategic framework and performance accountability mechanisms.
- Lead organizational capability development to ensure the delivery of strategic directives.
