Integration Expert

We are seeking a highly skilled individual to join our team as an Integration Expert.

This role is central to delivering seamless, secure, and scalable integration solutions across various enterprise applications.

About the Role

The Integration Expert will be responsible for designing and delivering end-to-end integration solutions using various tools and technologies.

  • Design and deliver integrations across ERP, CRM, HCM, procurement, and supply chain systems, both cloud and on-premise.
  • Work directly with customers to gather requirements, define integration strategies, and translate them into technical designs.
  • Develop and maintain integrations using SAP Cloud Platform Integration (CPI), PI/PO, and API management tools.
  • Lead the realisation, testing, and Go-Live phases of integration projects, ensuring quality and timely delivery.
  • Establish best practices, reusable templates, and integration standards aligned with industry methodologies and customer needs.

Requirements and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, the candidate should have:

  • 5+ years of hands-on integration experience, preferably with SAP CPI and/or SAP PI/PO.
  • Strong knowledge of integration protocols and technologies: REST, SOAP, OData, XML, JSON, SFTP.
  • Experience with API management platforms and API lifecycle (design, security, deployment, monitoring).
  • Exposure to SAP BTP, event-driven architectures, and CI/CD pipelines desirable.
  • Familiarity with additional integration tools (e.g., MuleSoft, Dell Boomi) is an advantage.
  • Solid understanding of cloud security, SSO, and networking concepts in hybrid landscapes.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills, able to work across business and technical teams.
  • Proven track record of delivering high-quality integration projects under tight timelines.
