About the Role:
We are seeking a highly experienced Sher Manager to join our team at Express Personnel Services. As a Sher Manager, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the health, safety, and environmental well-being of our clients and their employees.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop, implement, and oversee policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry best practices.
- Conduct risk assessments and develop strategies to minimize risks and promote a culture of health and safety.
- Collaborate with management and employees to create a safe and sustainable work environment.
- Provide training and guidance on health, safety, and environmental procedures.
- Monitor and report on health, safety, and environmental performance.
Requirements:
- Grade 12 Bachelor's degree in occupational health and safety, Environmental Management, or related field.
- Proven five or more years of experience as a Sher Manager or in a similar role.
- In-depth knowledge of safety, health, and environmental regulations.
- Driver license with own transport.
