This role will ensure timely delivery of products and services to customers for fire and electrical safety measures.

You will have a mix of office, field, and customer engagement time. The dedicated leadership team will provide training and upskilling opportunities.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Managing operations according to site requirements and contributing to client contract meetings
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with existing clients as their primary point of contact
  • Job management process including service, installations, and repair data
  • Effectively managing service contracts, including overseeing KPIs and resolving disputes
  • Leading, mentoring, training, and supervising your team to ensure consistency of processes and procedures
  • Accountable for the leadership, budget, safety, and performance of your designated team

Our ideal candidate will have:

  • Experience with supervising Fire Systems Installations (Wet or Dry) is preferred
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Sound knowledge across relevant building codes and Australian Standards
  • Strong people management skills, including an ability to effectively manage and lead a team
  • Strong computer and communication skills. Previous Pronto Experience will be highly regarded
  • Experience with monthly forecasting and reporting
  • All applicable QBCC Licenses and a valid Australian drivers' licence
