Your Role in Our Success

As a Customer Experience Coordinator, you will oversee the daily operations of the front desk. This role includes welcoming and registering guests, providing insights about local attractions, completing necessary departmental paperwork, and utilizing various communication tools such as telephones, facsimiles, and computers. We are looking for enthusiastic individuals with a passion for travel and customer service to engage with both prospective and current members visiting our beautiful resorts. Positions available for both full-time and part-time

What You Will Contribute

To excel in this position, you should possess:

Prior experience in a similar hospitality role A genuine enthusiasm for customer service and knowledge of the local area Strong communication skills and interpersonal abilities A positive, self-motivated attitude Professional appearance and grooming standards High proficiency in computer usage Familiarity with Property Management Systems (PMS) such as Hirum, Fidelio, or Opera is advantageous Problem-solving skills to address workplace challenges Ability to meet targets and KPIs set by the organization Capability to effectively communicate the benefits of traveling within the Wyndham Destinations community Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
