Product Quality Assurance Specialist

Product Quality Coordinator is responsible for overseeing daily operations of the Product Recovery & Quality department, ensuring coworkers approach tasks with a strong focus on customer transactions.
Key Responsibilities:- Handle customer product quality concerns and returns by inspecting products, providing feedback, and securing items until further action is instructed.
- Create product quality and compliance awareness in the store by educating coworkers on detecting and reporting product quality issues.
- Block and report goods with potential quality problems by issuing store quality reports (SQRs) in the Claim Case Support System (CASY).
- Block goods according to safety and sales stop routines, report quantity through Quality Stock Requests (QSRs), and carry out actions requested by Quality Support Centre (QSC).
This role is crucial to the success of the business, working to recover costs by repacking and selling damaged products, written off products, and customer returns. The role offers a deeper understanding of commercial internal processes and our product range.
The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be able to work independently, and have a strong attention to detail.
The Product Quality Coordinator will be responsible for maintaining high standards of product quality, adhering to company policies and procedures, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
The successful candidate will have experience in a similar role, be able to adapt quickly to new situations, and have a positive attitude towards continuous learning and improvement.
