Job Title: Engineering Manager, ANZ Federal District

Job Description:

  • We are seeking an experienced Engineering Manager to lead our pre-sales organization in the ANZ Federal Sales District.
  • As a key member of our team, you will direct all aspects of the sales organization, including strategy development and execution.
  • You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to bring innovative solutions to market and achieve revenue targets.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • A Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or related field is required.
  • A minimum of 8 years of experience as an individual contributor and 1-5 years as a people manager is required.
  • Based in Canberra and understanding of the ANZ Federal sector is a must.
  • Experience in technical specifications required to sell NetApp products and services is necessary.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, including presentation skills.
