Job Description

The Role will be responsible for fostering collaboration with researchers and partners to ensure the successful translation and adaptation of digital content. This role will play a pivotal part in implementing evidence-based models of care, thereby enhancing mental health outcomes among young people.


Key Responsibilities
  • Facilitating the implementation of digital content across various research trials globally.
  • Collaborating with stakeholders to ensure culturally relevant and high-quality content is developed and disseminated.
  • Providing training and support to partners, ensuring they have the necessary skills to effectively utilize digital content.

Requirements

To be considered for this position, applicants must possess:

  • A tertiary qualification in a relevant field such as psychology, public health, communications or a related discipline.
  • Expertise in developing, editing and managing digital content, with experience in translation, adaptation and cultural tailoring.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple complex projects, set up systems for workflows and milestones, and utilize digital tools for content collaboration and tracking.
  • Strong communication skills, with experience working across domestic and international research partners, including flexibility for global time zones.
  • Background in health, education or research contexts, with a passion for supporting digital mental health initiatives and delivering high-quality outcomes.

Benefits

This role offers a salary package between $90,000 - $95,000 commensurate with skills and experience, plus 12% super and generous NFP salary packaging options.
