Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated individual to join our retail team as a Customer Service Ambassador. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences and has a strong passion for technology.

Key Responsibilities:

  • To maintain a high level of product knowledge and be able to answer customer questions in a professional and courteous manner.
Requirements:
  • A strong passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Basic computer skills and ability to learn new software applications quickly.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; post-secondary education in a related field an asset.
