Job Title: Upper Primary Administrative Support Specialist

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Upper Primary Administrative Support Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will provide administrative support aligned to the College's Strategic Intent, contributing to a positive workplace culture and achieving highest standards of performance and integrity.

The role requires active collaboration with stakeholders across all levels to deliver College outcomes. Applicants are expected to support the Christian Ethos of the College.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support to the Head of Primary Years and other staff members
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of administrative systems and processes
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records and files
  • Communicate effectively with stakeholders through various channels

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree preferred
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in an administrative role; preferably in an educational setting
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team
  • Demonstrated commitment to the Christian Ethos of the College
