Human Resources Generalist

The role of the Human Resources Generalist is to provide support and guidance to teams within Australia and New Zealand.

This position will play a critical part in shaping company culture, driving performance, and supporting staff across multiple sites.

  • Assist with the roll-out of performance management cycles,
  • Support recruitment and talent management initiatives, including succession planning and onboarding,
  • Coordinate employee benefits and ensure compliance with agreed timeframes,
  • Champion recognition programs and support engagement initiatives across sites,
  • Leverage HR systems and metrics to drive workforce planning and monitor trends,
  • Coordinate wellbeing, training, and development programs to build capability and embed company values,
  • Provide coaching and support to leaders in all aspects of performance management.

About You:

  • Tertiary qualifications in Human Resources or a related field are required,
  • 2–3 years' experience in an operational HR role are preferred,
  • Ability to influence, coach, and build trusted relationships with leaders and employees at all levels,
  • Strong attention to detail,
  • Willingness to travel across Australia and New Zealand to support the business.
