Emergency Room Nurse Specialist

The primary objective of this position is to deliver exceptional patient care through thorough assessments, meticulous planning, and effective implementation of individualized care plans.
This role involves coordinating high-quality patient-centered care in accordance with organizational policies, standards of practice, and the nursing process.
Key Responsibilities:- Conduct comprehensive patient evaluations, documenting findings accurately, and reporting changes in condition to the appropriate care team members.
- Administer prescribed medications, monitoring for side effects, and documenting administration in accordance with established protocols.
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop, implement, and evaluate individualized care plans based on patient assessments and needs.
- At least 0-2 years of experience in a clinical nursing role or student clinical rotations in an acute care setting are required.
- RN - Registered Nurse licensure and/or Compact State licensure are mandatory.
