Physiotherapist Job Description

Lady Davidson Private Hospital is a leading rehabilitation facility in North Turramurra, Sydney. The hospital offers inpatient and day patient programs based on an interdisciplinary team approach where all team members play an integral role.

The major casemix groups are orthopaedic, neurological, cardiac, and reconditioning, as well as palliative care and general medical.

We are seeking motivated physiotherapists to join our team on a casual basis with flexible days and hours. Opportunities exist for secondment to other hospitals in the acute and rehabilitation settings.

The hospital is committed to providing healthcare services in a safe and supportive environment that allows patients to be treated close to home with the support of their family and friends.

Essential Qualifications

  • Degree in Physiotherapy
  • Minimum of 1 year post-graduate experience in a hospital or rehabilitation setting
  • Current registration with AHPRA
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Sound organisational and time management skills
  • Evidence of participation in continuing education
  • Awareness of Quality Improvement and Occupational Health and Safety / Infection Control policies and procedures
  • Current NSW drivers licence and willingness to drive for work purposes
