Care Assistant Role

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated individual to join our team as a Care Assistant at our Aged Care Facility in Sydney.

Job Description:

As a Care Assistant, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional care and support to our clients. Your tasks will include:

  • Providing the highest quality care and support to clients in line with their personalized care plans
  • Assisting clients to develop skills that encourage their independence
  • Attending to clients' personal care needs, including showering, dressing and other daily activities
  • Assisting clients with their medication requirements
  • Working as part of the care team, using a holistic approach, to look at every aspect of our clients' care
