Job Overview:

We are seeking a skilled Vehicle Detailer to deliver exceptional customer satisfaction by providing high-quality vehicle detailing services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Operate various hand, power, and shop tools to achieve high-quality vehicle detailing results.
  • Perform regular equipment inspections, adjustments, and certifications to ensure optimal performance.
  • Maintain accurate records of time and materials used in the detailing process.
  • May order shop supplies and parts as needed.
  • Interact with customers to provide sound understanding of vehicles and offer personalized service.
  • Support experienced technicians as required.
  • Perform other related duties as assigned by management.

Requirements:

  • Able to follow oral and written instructions with attention to detail.
  • Willingness to learn new automotive technologies and techniques.
  • Establish and maintain cooperative working relationships with colleagues and the public.
  • Detailed daily record keeping and reporting.
  • Effectively handle multiple priorities, organize workload, and meet deadlines.
  • Clean driving record is imperative.
  • Year 10 or higher equivalent certificate.
  • Retail automotive service experience preferred.
  • Valid driver's license in the country of application, minimum 1 year clean driving history, and ability to be insured.
  • Must be at least 18 years of age.
