As an Early Childhood Trainee, you will be part of a dynamic group that prioritises people and education. You will receive support, mentorship, and earn while you study. Key responsibilities include building meaningful relationships with children, families, and fellow educators, contributing to the educational program and documentation, providing assistance to other Educators, and maintaining effective communication with parents.

Requirements include a genuine interest in a long-term career in Early Childhood Education, commitment to a 12-18 month traineeship program, and Australian Citizenship or Permanent Residency.
