**Job Summary:**

We are seeking an experienced Cost Controller to manage the financial aspects of our major capital projects at Airswift. The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of cost concepts and project cost processes, as well as excellent communication and relationship-building skills.

The role involves working closely with cross-functional teams to achieve project objectives, providing essential data to support monthly evaluations, and facilitating budget management and cost control activities.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Manage the provision of Value of Work Done (VOWD), forecasting, and variance commentary.
  2. Review and reconcile contractor time sheets and invoices in alignment with work scope packages and service requests.
  3. Participate in meetings with contractors and package leads to guide the team on cost-related issues.
  4. Facilitate budget management and cost control activities, including affiliate work orders and third-party Service Requests.
  5. Provide necessary data to support monthly evaluation of overall cost performance and analysis of trends.
  6. Support the preparation of cost information for the monthly Performance Reporting.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years' experience in cost controls supporting cost forecasts, reporting, and budget management.
  • Demonstrated ability to understand technical concepts and project cost processes.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to build relationships across the project team.
