Enrolled Nurse Career Advancement Opportunity

This role is a 18-month full-time and/or part-time position (0.8 FTE) for recently graduated Enrolled Nurses.
Key Responsibilities- Participate in the graduate nurse program with rotations throughout the year
- Engage in orientation to departments and attend regular teaching sessions
- Engage in graduate study days and follow an individualised learning plan
- Receive support from educators and experienced staff throughout the program
- Completed a TAFE Diploma in nursing or due to complete prior to start date
- Meet all requirements and eligibility to apply for National Nursing Registration
- Provide required documentation via the Mater Workday system
- Provide documentation supporting Australian residency status
- Overseas applicants provide English language test documentation or booking evidence at interview
- Ability to undertake 18-month employment and demonstrate effective interpersonal skills
- Accept professional accountability and work closely with multidisciplinary teams
- Demonstrate commitment to ongoing professional development
