Hotel Receptionist Job Description

We are seeking a professional Hotel Front Desk receptionist to join our team in Margaret River.

About the Role

The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the front desk operations, including check-in/check-out procedures, guest inquiries, and resolving any issues that may arise. The successful applicant will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as experience working in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage the front desk operations, including check-in/check-out procedures and guest inquiries
  • Resolve any issues that may arise with guests or staff members
  • Ensure smooth and efficient operations of the front desk
  • Liaise with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery
Requirements

To be considered for this role, applicants must have:

  • At least 1 year's experience in hotel front desk roles
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience with RMS or similar hotel systems
  • Customer service experience
