We are seeking a highly motivated Property and Leasing Officer to join our team at Amentum. This is an exciting opportunity for someone looking to gain entry into the property management industry or those already in the industry seeking a change.

The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting with the day-to-day operations of our current portfolio, ensuring high levels of customer service and efficient property management. They must possess strong communication and interpersonal skills, be detail-oriented, organized, and have the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

To succeed in this role, you must have a willingness to learn and demonstrate proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite. Additionally, a NT Agents Representative license or the ability to obtain one is essential, as well as the capacity to obtain and hold an NV1 Security Clearance.
