Delivery Driver Position

We are seeking a reliable and customer-focused driver to join our team in Sydney. The successful applicant will be responsible for delivering fresh poultry products to customers on a scheduled route.

This role involves making multiple deliveries to over 25 customers, collecting payments, maintaining accurate records, loading and unloading delivery items, and providing friendly professional service at each delivery location.

The ideal candidate will have an Australian driver's license, previous delivery driving experience, and the ability to lift cartons weighing up to 20-25 kg repeatedly.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver fresh poultry products to customers on a scheduled route
  • Makes multiple deliveries to over 25 customers
  • Collections payments from customers and maintains accurate records
  • Loads and unloads delivery items, handling products with care
  • Provides friendly, professional service at each delivery location
  • Maintains the cleanliness and presentation of the delivery vehicle
  • Conducts basic vehicle checks and reports any maintenance issues promptly

Requirements:

  • Australian Driver's Licence (Auto/Manual)
  • Forklift Licence (preferred but not essential)
  • Previous delivery driving experience (multi-drop preferred)
  • Comfortable driving a 3-tonne truck (2 pallet truck)
  • Physically fit, able to lift 20-25 kg cartons repeatedly
  • Reliable, punctual, and self-motivated
  • Strong communication and customer service skills
  • Must pass a Driver's Licence Check and National Police Check
