Job Title: Engineering Service Manager - Automation

We are seeking an experienced Engineering Service Manager to join our team at Allstar Recruitment Group. The successful candidate will have a strong background in control systems, automation, and engineering management.

About the Role:
  • Lead a team of engineers in the delivery of control systems and automation solutions to the oil and gas industry.
  • Develop and implement service delivery strategies to meet client needs and expectations.
  • Manage the day-to-day operations of the service department, including hiring and training of new personnel.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
  • Identify and capitalize on new business opportunities.
