Business Partnering Expert

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Partnering Leader to spearhead our HR initiatives and drive excellence across the organisation.
The ideal candidate will have minimum 5+ years' experience in a Sr. Manager P&C role managing a team, with expertise in IR/ER, performance management, health and safety, compensation and change management.
- Develop and implement business partnering strategies to drive organisational growth and improvement.
- Provide coaching to leaders and support learning and development efforts to enhance workforce capability.
- Manage complex HR investigations and provide resolution recommendations.
