Salary and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary of $85,000 per annum, plus a $2000 New Start Bonus, monthly incentives, and annual salary increases. Our team members also enjoy a 38-hour working week, Monday to Friday, with fortnightly pay runs and guaranteed on-time payment.

Job Description

As a Mobile Service Technician, you will be responsible for providing on-site vehicle service when customers cannot bring their cars to our workshops. Your key duties will include:

  • Delivering quality customer service and presenting vehicle care solutions
  • Conducting fault diagnosis, service, inspection, and repairs of light vehicles
  • Maintaining detailed records, including vehicle information, parts used, services performed, invoicing, and part returns
  • Keeping the mobile van clean and well-stocked to ensure efficient service delivery
Requirements and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A trade qualification in Light Vehicle Automotive Technician
  • Experience in mechanical servicing, repairs, and diagnostics
  • A C Class Manual Driving License
  • Motor Vehicle Repair Licence (desirable)
  • Customer Service Excellence, with strong ability to communicate effectively and build positive workplace relationships
