We are seeking a passionate and skilled Retail Sales Assistant to join our Batehams Bay store. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer experiences and driving sales growth.

About the Role:

  • Create engaging in-store experiences for customers, understanding their needs and preferences.
  • Style customers with confidence, ensuring they look and feel great, while contributing to store sales and KPI targets.
  • Participate in store events, such as morning teas and charity initiatives, showcasing your brand ambassador skills.
  • Assist the team in maintaining a well-organized stockroom and visual merchandising standards.
  • Utilize ladders to retrieve stock from heights, demonstrating comfort and agility.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop strong relationships with customers, providing style advice and making a positive impact on their lives.
  • Demonstrate experience in customer-facing sales roles within a team environment.
  • Commit to a flexible shift pattern and adaptability during peak trade periods.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Point of Sale systems, and EFTPOS facilities.
  • Showcase your ability to tailor selling styles to meet customer needs.
