Our 24-month program is tailored to give you a comprehensive understanding of all aspects of the livestock industry, including sales, marketing, and animal health. You will be working closely with experienced livestock professionals who will guide and mentor you throughout your journey.

You will have the opportunity to gain hands-on experience in our saleyard and branch environments, where you will learn effective selling and relationship-building techniques. Additionally, you will be involved in four leadership and skill-building workshops, which will help you develop essential skills for success in your future career.

• Accelerated Learning - You will have the opportunity to accelerate your learning through a combination of on-the-job training, formal education, and mentoring.
• Professional Networking - You will be able to network with your peers and leaders across the business, creating valuable connections for your future career.
• Placement Mobility - Once the 24-month program concludes, you may be required to or have the opportunity to move locations to ensure you get the most out of your experience with us.
• Business Skills - You will learn about compliance, sales and client relationship building, communication, marketing and social media, finance, problem-solving, negotiation, and leadership and management.
• Livestock Skills - You will gain knowledge in next-generation stock and station agency skills, livestock productivity, animal health and nutrition, auctions, auctioneering, wool technical and market requirements, and emerging technology.

To be considered for this program, you will need to have:

• A strong desire to learn and succeed in the livestock industry.
• Excellent customer service skills and strong negotiation abilities.
• Successful completion of Year 12.
• Worked successfully for a minimum of 24 months within the agricultural industry, ideally within livestock.
• Be willing to relocate at the conclusion or throughout the program.
• Be an Australian or New Zealand citizen, or Australian permanent resident.
• Be vaccinated or willing to receive the Q Fever vaccination.
• The ability to work in a team environment.
• Willingness to learn, strong communication and problem-solving skills, and leadership potential.
• Genuine interest and desire to work and learn about the livestock industry.
