We are seeking experienced freelance post production professionals to collaborate on a variety of short-form project works. Candidates with strong design and animation backgrounds are required. The ideal candidate should be meticulous, detail-oriented, and open to different levels of experience.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support senior post-producers on assigned projects, including resource allocation, traffic management, and administrative tasks.
  • Independently manage post-production workflows and teams for assigned jobs, overseeing budgets, scheduling staff, and editing processes.
  • Create and manage post-production schedules for all assigned jobs.
  • Oversee design and animation-only projects as needed.
Client Relationships:
  • BUILD AND MAINTAIN COLLABORATIVE RELATIONSHIPS WITH CLIENTS, TALENT, AND POST-PRODUCTION TEAMS.
  • Share and present content for client review and communicate project updates.
Team Management:
  • Coordinate with post-production team members to deliver projects on time and to the highest quality.
  • Work with leadership to enhance existing post workflows and improve creative output through teamwork and innovation.
Requirements:
  • At least 2-4 years of post-producing experience or equivalent background in post management roles.
  • Demonstrable experience of versatility working on briefs for different clients and industries.
  • Knowledge of codecs, cameras, and video/audio file types.
  • Strong understanding of industry-standard software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, and DaVinci Resolve.
