Payroll Specialist Role

Solutions Plus Partnership supports SME customers with optimised business processes and ERP systems.

The role involves providing payroll implementation and support services to various customers, documenting and validating customer's business requirements, conducting consulting sessions, attending internal project meetings, and providing follow-up consulting and general assistance in areas of expertise.

  • Key responsibilities include:
  • Providing payroll implementation and support services to clients
  • Documenting and validating customer requirements
  • Conducting consulting sessions and document updates
  • Attending project meetings and providing status on progress
  • Providing follow-up consulting and general assistance

To be successful in this role you will have relevant recent experience within payroll implementation or a Time & Attendance/Rostering, HR, Payroll Software background. You should also possess knowledge of standard Australian payroll legislation and proficiency in Microsoft Office especially Excel. Experience with payroll processing and implementation is essential.

Preferred skills include:

  • Finance or Accounting background with minimum 2 - 3 years of experience
  • Knowledge in ERP systems and processes including Job Costing, Manufacturing, Inventory Management and CRM
