This role involves regular customer site visits to conduct floor sweeps, address outstanding issues, and proactively identify potential problems.

About This Opportunity

As a Service Technician, you'll be the trusted face our clients rely on for reliable service delivery.

Effective communication is essential – you'll act as both a skilled technician and relationship builder, ensuring clients feel heard, supported, and confident in our services.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct thorough floor sweeps, address outstanding issues, and identify potential problems
  • Handle a mix of Level 1 and Level 2 technical tasks, from triaging tickets to resolving end-user issues and escalating when necessary
  • Act as a trusted technician and relationship builder, ensuring clients feel heard and supported
Required Qualifications & Skills:
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in MSP/IT support
  • 24 to 48 months of experience in Microsoft Office 365 and Azure technologies
  • 24 to 48 months of experience in providing server support in Windows Server Domain Environments
  • Minimum TAFE Certificate IV or Undergraduate Degree (preferably in IT or Business)
  • Natural client-facing communication skills, with the ability to consult with clients on short and long-term solutions
Preferred Qualifications & Skills:
  • Microsoft CSP/NCE licensing experience
  • CCNA, MCSA/MCSE, or other higher-level industry certifications
