Job Description

We are seeking an expert Data Architect to lead the design, development, and optimization of our enterprise data platform. As a key member of the data team, you will shape the data strategy, ensuring scalability, reliability, and performance across the data ecosystem.

You will architect and lead the development of scalable, secure, and high-performance data platforms using modern data stack technologies such as event-driven and batch data ingestion and pipelines, data visualization & reporting, and data governance.

Collaborate with data architects, analysts, and engineers to deliver robust data solutions. Champion automation by using tools like Terraform, CloudFormation, and CI/CD pipelines. Ensure data quality, governance, and compliance across all data systems.

Mentor and guide junior engineers and contribute to a culture of technical excellence. Evaluate and integrate emerging technologies to enhance platform capabilities. Lead incident response and root cause analysis for data platform issues.

Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in computer science or a related field
  • 10+ years of experience in a data-related role for senior-level candidates
  • Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Proficiency in modern data platform engineering
  • Hands-on experience with end-to-end data platform engineering design and implementation
