Key Responsibilities:- Design, develop, and manage New Aim's Business Intelligence (BI) environment, including Microsoft Azure and Power BI.
- Optimize existing reporting service structure to create effective and efficient centralized dataset/data mart.
- Initiate and maintain positive relationships and partnerships with key internal stakeholders and external stakeholders.
- Examine and implement innovative approaches for the presentation of operational data and information to support stakeholders in multiple countries for their decision-making.
- Collaborate with other reporting teams and contribute to the ongoing improvement of systematic data reporting.
- Proficiency in complex SQL and data modeling.
- Experience working with Databricks, Azure; GCP is a bonus.
- Expertise in ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) processes.
- Expertise using DBT for modeling and validation.
- Experience using big data technologies: Hadoop, Spark, or similar technologies for handling large datasets.
- Strong knowledge of data warehousing solutions.
- Fluency in Power BI administration, including workspace management, security control, and deployment pipeline.
- Excellent data modeling skills and ability to utilize this knowledge to enhance existing complex reporting datasets.
- Experience in CI/CD process and agile methodology.
- Python-based apps experience.
- Strong experience in Power BI dashboard development and visualizations.
- Relevant IT qualifications with significant experience or an equivalent combination and/or education or training in data and reporting.
- Experience working as a data visualization developer in a Microsoft environment or data warehouse environment preferable.
- Eager to collaborate with other team members and share the success of the team.
