CAD Draftsperson

Wormald Security, a leading provider of High Security Alarm Systems, Access Control Systems, and CCTV Systems, is seeking a skilled CAD Draftsperson to join their team in Fyshwick, Canberra.

This is an exciting opportunity to work on a range of projects, from tenancy fit-outs to major infrastructure projects across Canberra and nationally. As a CAD Draftsperson, you will work alongside Security System Designers, Engineers, Project Managers, and field specialists to design and develop security systems.

• Design and develop security systems using 2D and 3D drafting formats
• Read and comprehend Australian Standards and apply requirements to projects
• Utilize Microsoft programs such as Word and Excel to a superior level
• Work effectively in a team environment
• Pre-emptive problem-solving skills with the ability to work under pressure
• Self-motivation with high levels of energy and enthusiasm
• A strong commitment to safety, quality, environment, and customer relationships
• Prior experience from within the building services and construction industry
