About the Role

We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Discipline Lead to join our Buildings Services team at Arcadis. As a key member of our senior leadership team, you will be responsible for leading and managing our multi-disciplinary teams across Australia, providing strategic leadership and technical guidance to deliver exceptional outcomes for our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Leadership and Management: Provide strategic leadership to our Design & Engineering Business, identifying opportunities and risks, and developing and implementing business strategies to achieve our goals.
  • Client Engagement: Proactively engage with new and existing clients to ensure Arcadis is best placed to deliver on their needs while meeting our own commercial objectives.
  • Technical Guidance: Deliver technical guidance and solutions to complex problems, and provide support and mentoring to your team to develop their skills and expertise.
  • Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities, and develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
Requirements
  • Experience: Extensive experience across all aspects of Buildings projects from an engineering perspective, with a strong track record of delivering exceptional outcomes.
  • Commercial Skills: Well-developed commercial skills, with a sound knowledge of the industry, and a demonstrated ability in sales and business development.
  • Leadership Skills: Proven ability to lead with strong influencing, motivational and delegation skills, and a track record of developing and managing high-performing teams.
  • Qualifications: Relevant tertiary qualifications with post graduate qualifications being highly regarded.
