Visual Merchandising Specialist

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute visual merchandising plans that align with company merchandise strategy and brand direction
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure effective communication and execution of visual merchandising initiatives
  • Provide guidance and support to store teams on visual merchandising best practices and standards
  • Stay up-to-date with market trends, product knowledge, and customer insights to inform visual merchandising decisions
  • Utilize computer design software to create visual displays and communications that engage customers and drive sales
Requirements:
  • Relevant degree in Visual Merchandising or equivalent experience
  • 2-4 years of experience in a central or field Visual Merchandising role or retail role
  • Strong understanding of the retail industry and market trends
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment and independently
