We are seeking a compassionate and experienced professional to facilitate evening groups and provide centre-based group work to men who use violence in the home.
The successful candidate will focus on increasing safety for women and children by holding men accountable and helping them develop non-violent, respectful, and equitable relationship behaviours.
- Co-facilitating group sessions aligned with best practice standards
- Partnering with women's and children's services for referral, safety planning, and family support
- Liaising with justice, legal, and community services to support clients' pathways
- Maintaining accurate documentation and reporting in line with program standards
