We are seeking a passionate and skilled Clinical Development Specialist to join our team at Werribee. As an Allied Health Assistant, you will have the opportunity to develop and extend your clinical practice in a friendly and well-supported environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • SUPPORT FAMILIES: Implement supportive strategies into their daily lives;
  • CHEER AND SUPPORT FAMILIES: Coach and support families through group programs and individual therapy, linking families with community resources;
  • LEADERSHIP AND COMMUNICATION: Work closely with key stakeholders to ensure ongoing communication and leadership are provided to deliver quality services and supports;
  • EVALUATION AND IMPROVEMENT: Ensure a focus on continuous improvement through regular evaluation, training, and review;
  • MULTIDISCIPLINARY TEAMWORK: Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to achieve exceptional outcomes.
Requirements
  • Passion for making a positive impact in the lives of children and their families;
  • No qualification required, but experience with children and families with additional needs (including lived experience) is essential;
  • Working towards a relevant Allied Health qualification;
  • Knowledge of the NDIS is highly desirable;
  • Strong communication and organisational skills;
  • Ability to work within a multi-disciplinary team and work autonomously in the community;
  • Compliance – Working with Children Check, National Police Check, NDIS workers screening check, Covid-19 Vaccination Certificate, and First Aid certificate.
