Job Title: Barista/Bartender

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to join our team as a barista/bartender. This role involves making high-quality coffee and tea, maintaining a thorough knowledge of wine lists, cocktail menus, and food menus, and providing exceptional customer service.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Making high-quality coffee and tea drinks
  • Maintaining a thorough knowledge of wine lists, cocktail menus, and food menus
  • Providing exceptional customer service

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2-year experience in bartending from well-established venues
  • Competent Barista with latte art skills
  • Passion and extensive knowledge of the food and beverage offering
  • Strong knowledge of wines, spirits, and classic cocktails
  • Eye for detail and focus on customer experience
  • Strong communication skills
  • Valid RSA certification
  • Australian working rights and availability to work at least 12 months
