Afterschool Care Professional - Childcare Supervisor
About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Afterschool Care Professional to oversee our child care programs. Your primary responsibilities will be to supervise and support children in a safe learning environment, assist in delivering daily quality activities, and prepare healthy food options.
- Mandatory Availability: Monday to Friday from 7:00 AM- 9:00 AM (Before School Care) and 2:25 PM - 6:00 PM (After School Care)
- Holiday Care: Up to 6 hours per day
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and support children during before school, after school, and holiday care sessions
- Deliver daily quality activities that promote learning and development
- Prepare and serve healthy food options for children
- Create an engaging and happy environment for children
- Build meaningful relationships with colleagues, children, families, and school leaders
Requirements
- Diploma or higher in Children's Services, Early Childhood, or School Aged care (or studying towards equivalent qualification)
- Working with Children Check (willing to obtain)
- First Aid, CPR, Anaphylaxis & Asthma Management Training (or willing to obtain)
- Child Protection Training Certificate (or willing to obtain)
