Speech Pathology Role

As a Speech Pathologist in our Graduate Program, you will deliver diverse therapy solutions across the lifespan in various clinical settings.

  • You will build capability and confidence in speech pathology areas such as fluency, literacy, social communication, communication technology, swallowing, and feeding.

Key responsibilities include delivering evidence-based therapeutic interventions to clients in clinic and visiting homes, schools, workplaces, and residential facilities.

Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations of clients' communication abilities to develop targeted treatment plans.

Develop and implement individualized intervention strategies to improve client outcomes and promote functional communication skills.

Work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams to provide comprehensive support services to clients and their families.

Requirements
  • Hold a degree in Speech Pathology and be certified by the relevant professional organization.
  • Possess excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Have a valid driver's license and access to a reliable vehicle.
