Job Overview

We are seeking a results-driven Solar Project Lead to manage our solar projects from inception to completion.

The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of cutting-edge solar energy systems, strong project management skills, and a passion for renewable energy.

This role is pivotal in ensuring the successful delivery of our solar projects, maintaining the highest standards of Safety, Quality and Customer Satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Project Management: Oversee all aspects of solar project planning, design, procurement, installation, and commissioning.
  • Team Leadership: Lead and manage a team of solar technicians to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
  • Site Assessments: Conduct site assessments to determine the best solar solutions for clients.
  • Relationship Building: Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, suppliers, and regulatory bodies.
  • Compliance: Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and industry standards.
