We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Electrical Leading Hand to join our team at O'Brien Electrical. As a key member of our operations team, you will play a critical role in delivering exceptional electrical services to our clients.
Key Responsibilities- Lead and manage a team of electricians to ensure timely and efficient completion of electrical projects
- Develop and implement effective electrical maintenance and repair strategies to minimize downtime and optimize equipment performance
- Collaborate with clients to understand their electrical needs and provide tailored solutions to meet their requirements
- Conduct site inspections and assessments to identify potential electrical hazards and implement corrective actions
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, suppliers, and internal stakeholders to ensure seamless communication and collaboration
- Minimum 3 years of experience as an A-Grade Electrician with a strong background in electrical maintenance and repair
- Proven leadership and management skills with the ability to motivate and direct a team of electricians
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills with the ability to identify and resolve electrical issues efficiently
