About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Research Analyst to join our Economics & Property team in Brisbane. As a key member of our team, you will support clients in delivering a wide range of retail, commercial, industrial, mixed-use, and residential development projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct comprehensive field research and data analysis to provide actionable insights to clients.
  • Assist with qualitative and quantitative assessments, including cost-benefit analysis, economic impact assessments, and project feasibility studies.
  • Process data using a suite of software, including Microsoft Excel, Power BI, QGIS, and Python.
  • Contribute to presentations and draft client reports that effectively communicate complex data insights.
  • Collaborate with our team to innovate and develop new means of collating, processing, and presenting impactful data.
About You

To be successful in this role, you will have:

  • Tertiary qualifications in Property Economics, Economics, Commerce, Town Planning, Business, Finance, or a related discipline.
  • A high level of proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
  • A genuine interest in property, cities, and urban development.
  • Experience in Property and Economics is preferred but not necessary.
