About This Opportunity

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Account Manager to join our team at Orrcon Steel, based in Marsden Park. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to develop strong relationships with our customers, identify new business opportunities, and drive profitable growth for our business.

Job Description

This is a customer-facing role that involves managing a dedicated portfolio of accounts and developing new business opportunities. You will work closely with our sales team to grow revenue, margin, and market share, while also identifying new customers through building sustainable relationships with key stakeholders.

Your Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and optimize existing account customers to ensure continued growth and profitability
  • Develop business partnerships between Orrcon Steel and its customers, aiming for win-win outcomes
  • Identify and develop new business opportunities, working closely with the sales team
  • Build strong relationships with customers, understanding their needs and delivering solutions that meet their requirements
  • Work collaboratively with internal teams to ensure timely and successful delivery of our solutions
