Job Description:We are seeking an experienced educator to join our team at the Deception Bay Campus. As a Lead Educator, you will be responsible for delivering a high-quality education program focused on individual child learning journeys.
You will assist the Director in centre operations, acting as responsible person in charge and managing daily operations when they are absent.
Maintain compliance with regulatory requirements, manage teams, utilise Xplor software and establish trusting relationships with children, families and stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement education programs that meet individual child needs.
- Assist the Director in managing centre operations, including budgeting and resource allocation.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, including ACECQA standards and National Quality Framework.
- ACECQA approved Diploma level qualification or higher.
- Previous experience in a similar role, preferably in early childhood education.
- Knowledge of Early Years Learning Framework, Queensland Kindergarten Learning Guidelines and National Quality Framework.
- Current valid Blue Card, First Aid, CPR, Anaphylaxis and Asthma Training.
The successful applicant will bring valuable skills and experience to the role.
The ability to work collaboratively with colleagues, build strong relationships with children and families, and contribute to the overall success of the centre is essential.
